He was taught by one of the most exceptional and accomplished builders in the industry and has since become a master of his trade. Chris is remarkably gifted and skilled. He has the ability to work at a fast speed while at the same time maintaining consistent accuracy and meticulous standards.
Straight out of the gate Lynroy was a go getter! As an apprentice he was always very eager to learn and picked up on things quickly. He has since developed into a skillful Carpenter with True Build. Lynroy has an eye for detail. He is always conscientious of the quality of his own work as well as the quality of the project as a whole. He is like a second pair of eyes for Chris. As a result Lynroy remains a trustworthy, reliable, valued member of the True Build team.
Bayden is really ahead of the game! He was carefully chosen out of 300 candidates for an apprenticeship with True Build. He’s a country boy from Stanthorpe who grew up working on a farm. He has traditional values and is always punctual and dependable. He is a real self-starter who consistently proves himself to be a skillful, efficient and valuable member of the True Build team.
Chris completed his licensing through Construction Technics. He passed all his assignments, that had tricks to intentionally catch people out. In his final test he only got 2 out of 300 questions wrong.
